At this time we do not ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, and/or U.S. Territories. We only ship to the 48 lower states.
If you previously made your purchases using the guest checkout option, this is no longer available, you will have to create an account. There are many advantages to creating an account, the biggest is that you can accumulate REWARD POINTS to apply toward future purchases, also, you will be able to apply discount coupons, simplify your checkout, store multiple shipping addresses, easily find your tracking information, and if you need to return an item, you can get the RMA right in your account. Simple and easy.

Product Return Policy
Product returns must be initiated within 10 days after receipt of the item from AtHomePestControl.com. Any items that are to be returned, the product must be received within 10 days of the RMA being issued.
Gift Certificates cannot be returned or refunded - all gift sales are final.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unopened, in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging and all tags, labels, containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is opened or the product is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, AtHomePestControl.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
AtHomePestControl.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items, LESS any shipping costs incurred to ship your order. In some cases a store credit may be issued in place of a refund. Damaged or defective products will be replaced.
If an item is damaged in shipping, please take photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged items. We will need these to file a claim. We may replace the items, or we may offer a credit.
If you received free shipping on your purchase for the product being returned for store credit or refund, the assessed value of the shipping discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA):
Log into your account, select ORDER HISTORY, the select VIEW on the order with the products you wish to return. Click the box next to the item(s) you want to return, then select RETURN PRODUCTS from the drop down menu on the right-bottom. On the next page, fill in the required information about why you are returning the product, the click CONTINUE. Your request will be sent to the relevant department for processing. You will be notified via e-mail as to the status of your request and instructions on how to return your item.
Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way.
You will have to pay for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) and that the shipment be insured in case the package is lost. Once we receive and process your return we will give you a refund less any shipping costs on your order. Most refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
